I'm giving this mall a five star review for one reason only. Juan the valet parking guy. 

NorthPark is massive and parking there absolutely sucks. Recently, I discovered that the valet parking is only $8. Not only that, but they text you a message with a link to a webpage that allows you to tell them you're on your way. You're supposed to do it five minutes before you get to your car, but on hot days, if you do it ten minutes before, they will run your car for you the whole time and instead of a hot, steamy ass car, you get to walk out of the mall and straight into your ice cold ride. It's the best thing since oxygen. Trust me. That, and Juan cracks jokes. Thank you for cranking up my a/c on a hot Texas afternoon Juan. You're the man!

I love this mall that feels part shopping experience, part art gallery. As a visitor it's a wonderful place to find a bunch of different stores but lacks the stuffy, noisy vibe of most indoor malls. The wide hallways, tall ceilings and skylights make this feel more like a contemporary home than anything else.  The plants and flowers are also well curated (orchids!) and impeccably cared for.

The shops themselves offer everything you could want, from high end luxury goods to stylish value offerings like H&M. Restaurant selection is good here as well. I like that you can still find some local stores...it's not completely chain store land.

If you are making a stop at one mall in Dallas, this is the one.

Need more covered parking and maybe some traffic personnel AND maybe those red and green lights in the parking lots that tell you where there's a free spot... yes, yes, I know they have plenty of covered parking it would seem... but it's not enough if every single one is taken... otherwise it's a generally clean upscale legendary Dallas/Park Cities mall... a little crowded for an "upscale" experience and it has lost its "exclusive" feel but the city has grown so much it seems to be the "new normal" here in the Big D... we'll come back for sure though.. we always do... bring a lot of patience for your Holiday shopping and maybe park far away and take a taxi in and out for a faster arrival and exit... just saying...

North Park Mall has some of the best stores  with very friendly customer care associates. This was the first mall my mother took me to as a child. Neiman Marcus being her favorite store and I quickly adopted it as mine. NP has stayed true on having high end stores, a very family friendly mall. Great restaurants
