Northpointe Veterinary Hospital in Yuba City, California is a full service companion animal hospital that has been serving the Yuba City and Marysville areas for over 20 years. We provide comprehensive preventive care for healthy pets, as well as advanced medical, surgical and dental care for pets in need. As the only 24-hour veterinary hospital in the area, we are also here to provide emergency veterinary and critical care services when you need us most.

Our hospital has a complete in-house diagnostic laboratory, a well-equipped modern surgical suite, laser surgery, digital x-ray and ultrasound capabilities, around-the-clock patient monitoring, and a full veterinary pharmacy.

Expensive but great service.

EDIT:  Scheduling usually takes 1 or 2 days before they can see your pet if you call in at the beginning of the week, but if you call towards the end they may schedule you for the next Monday or Tuesday. The service is really great and they take care of your pet as if it was theirs. You can really feel the love they have for animals. My pet was in really rough shape and they really helped manage my expectations in a very sensitive way. My baby boy pulled through his emergency and this vet is my chosen place for all of his follow ups.

Still pricey but I'm sensing more care for our fur children than the money. A bit. The docs we saw were super nice and very helpful. One even told me how to get around their pricing for meds.

I took my dog here for a major surgery, they got him in that same day i called and did an incredible job. Amazing veterinarians and services and they always give you a quote before they do anything. Their new office is beautiful and well.

This is the second time we have been here in an emergency. The ladies at the front desk were very nice. The person that took us to a room was okay but could have been better. The physician seemed knowledgeable but her accent was very thick which made it difficult to understand her. I am very good at listening to foreign accents so that is saying something.

Spent 2000$ for two days of observation and got my dog back covered in pee. If they're going to charge you after hour fees during regular business hours and nickel and dime you the whole time the least they could do is provide service worthy of that cost. Go somewhere else.
