Have been taking my fur baby to this office for 2 and a half years now, service is always amazing! The girls there are always so pleasant and very helpful! Dr. Menard is a savior for his quick thinking and action to save my kitty the first time we took him in! We could have lost our little Buddy if it weren't for the love and care everyone gave to save his life!

An amazing staff and Veterinarians.. Would highly recommend them.. The staff and veterinarian are very helpful and knowledge... A very clean veterinarian hospital environment and they kept clean from open to close.. Staff and Veterinarian are very friendly and go the extra mile for the patients and their owners.. Veterinarian and Staff are fast to call you back .. Also all nurses are very professional.. Great prices.. They accommodate to each patients by their personal exam/need or illnesses appropriately to the symptoms and treatments... Will send prescription to Wal-Mart where the Pharmacy will fill the prescription and the prescription falls under the $4.00 to $6.00 generic ones. They have alot animal care brochures in the waiting room and in the private rooms.. The veterinarian will writes out some of the information and directions that the veterinarians and you spoke about your dog or cat on a  big flash card to help you remember things at home.. Once your animal has been seen the staff goes far and beyond to help you even if it's over the phone.. They are loving and caring group of animal lovers... Good customer service.. On time appointment and if it's an emergency they will try and squeeze you in to their schedule for the day.. Available  appointment everyday.. Nice hours.. Couldn't feel more at home.. They have kennels for boarding too.. Grooming... Also they have special prescription food too.. All around they are pretty much out of this world veterinary hospital..

I am not too happy with the vet here...the front staff and assistants are amazing..we brought our 12 yr chihuahua in for some irregular coughing and breathing yesterday..The vet seemed very nervous and unsure right when she walked in..they did X-rays and let us know that she could have congestive heart failure..the vet wanted to send the X-rays to the radiologist to have them read and see what stage the heart failure was at..of course I’m going to go into a panick and have million questions..I get a call back today and once again she sounds unsure and says they will keep my dog on antibiotics and diuretic to help get rid of the fluid..she also mentioned a spot in her lung but had no answer as to what it was..ok great I understand you want to send the images out. When I started asking questions like “you mentioned she has a heart murmur do we need to put her on meds for that?” “ could that cause heart failure?” “How advanced is the heart failure “? The responses I get are “ ummmm..I’m not too sure how advanced it is” umm I don’t know if the heart murmur is what is causing it if you want more detail your will have to see a cardiologist “...”ok so you want us to take her to a cardiologist?” “ well umm I’m not sure”. seriously....I felt like I had no answers and just was supposed to accept what she said. I’m not sure if this vet is new or whatever but I am very unhappy.

I've been going here for 3 years and have spent ALOT of money here for my dog and my rats. The doctors are amazing (especially Dr. Menard) and most of the girls who work up front are super nice. I believe her name is Brittany? She is so nice and I love when i go in and she's working. But a couple of them are just rude. I call every month to refill prescriptions and the last couple times I called, I remember her name was Parker, answered and just sounded so annoyed that I was even calling. I don't know if she was having a bad day but I was so nice as I always am with them and i don't know why I always get an attitude from her. I want to keep going here because i trust the vets but i hate being worried about calling because I might annoy someone.

I love my humans at VCA. Dr. Menard is a rock star and loves the the animals that come in as much as we parents do!
