Awesome RV spot for winter. Spacious with large concrete pad and grass sites (they do slope but that helps drainage during rain). Very well maintained facilities, landscaping, pool, and lake beach area. Laundry is $1.50 per machine. Dog friendly with a fenced park and huge grass lot next door to roam. We stayed November to January for under $400/month in a 36' class A. Will definitely choose them again over any other Onalaska/Livingston RV park. Only minor issue was no thread on our sewer pipe.

Stayed 02/12/18, on a cold and gloomy day in a cabin right next to the water. Upon arrival nice lady behind the desk checked me in and was very helpful, didn’t walk around much but noticed facilities were clean, cabin was nice and clean and upon arrival heater was on so cabin was nice and warm. Resort is located next to main highway but traffic noise was not an issue. First time here and if I ever plan a visit to the lake during warmer weather I will put this location on my list. I’ve stayed at the KOA just down the road which is very nice but for the price this place is a lot better.

We stayed there the end of December all of January and left February 15. The office staff are grade A folks, they let us know when our mail arrived and even sent a return package 📦 back for us. The grounds are well maintained as is the pool and laundry room. We highly recommend this park.

Nice clean and well maintained park. We pulled in after dark and were assigned spot 201 which is behind the office. I thought it probably wasn’t going to have much of a view but the next morning I was pleasantly surprised how good the view of the lake was. Space 201 is also close to the highway so there was a little road noise but nothing that bothered me. It was a rainy and cold weekend so didn’t get to use the pool or beach but they look fine. Nice new fishing pier. Bathrooms were clean but activity room was locked so never got to see what that offered. Overall good stay though and will be visiting again.

Absolutely fantastic place! Great amenities, friendly staff, and very reasonable rates! Not to mention the breathtaking view! The grounds were clean and well kept. Will definitely be going back there to stay again!!!
