Don’t waste your time here. The amount of time that I’ve spent on the phone trying to make a simple appointment just for a doctor to stick a needle in my arm is absolutely unreal. If I could rate 0 stars, believe me,  I would. I was on the phone for 15 minutes with these people, constantly being transferred, put on hold, hung up on, etc. ALL I WANTED TO KNOW WAS WHERE I WAS SUPPOSE TO HEAD TO FOR THE APPOINTMENT AND WITH WHICH DOCTOR... it took them that phone call & then being transferred to a completely different building to figure it out. I finally got on the phone with a very helpful lady who was able to provide me the info that I needed. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this happen to me with these people either. Every time I’ve called, this has happened. Let this be the last time as I am bringing my hard-earned money and precious time elsewhere. Nobody got time for shinanigans...

Horrible billing department ruins a middling health experience.

Couldn't figure out how to bill our BCBS insurance (as PCP...) prior to a surgery, and billed all pre-op testing and evaluations without coverage (full price). When asked to fix, they have continued to make excuses via a powerless customer service department.

This has completely messed with our deductible, and created additional stress/work on our end to try and resolve.

Don't go here if you wish to have financial sanity. Kidney harvesting is a safer bet than working with these clowns.

Stay away, 4 hour wait and still nothing. This is a joke. Watching people that have no serious injuries get taken befor a 70 year old man that hasn’t eating or drinken anything for days and their response is be patient. A broken finger, a sprained ankle........ first come first serve unless you are dying.

Radiology department is full of incompetent techs.  They took imagingbof my daughter and put on a CD.  They did 3 x-rays, and it was supposed t be only one.  The CD shower x rays taken of other body parts.  No one answers the phone and can’t schedule.  Waited a hour for all the imaging to be wrong.  The hospital refuses to fix the x ray andvretake per instructions. It goes downhill every time.  Staff is rude.

Personally from my perspective I would obviously and would not recommend this hospital at all. This hospital should’ve been rated 1 star because I came in the hospital with a family member and the nurse said she would treat him, my first mistake is obviously coming to this hospital and my second most biggest mistake was believing the nurse when she said she would treat my family member which she didn’t, there were no IV tubes involved and no treatment whatsoever, and after the whole fake treatment situation was over I was going to sign the discharge papers, for my family member, and then came the next negative manner of the Glenbrook Hospital’s hospitality, I was reading the discharge papers very carefully and then I found a really big error, and when I found that error the very senseless nurse snatched my papers because what I think is that she would just fool me because she thinks I’m some kind of “no-good ghetto boy” just because of my skin color but she is very wrong and very racist and I also think that I’ve been mistreated this manner because of my insurance company, and now I don’t even want to step my foot inside Glenbrook Hospital because of what happened today was nothing but an ACT OF DISCRIMINATION.
