We are so fortunate to have found Dr. Miller at the NW Pet Clinic.  He is a wonderful diagnostician and is so friendly and caring about our little terrier mix.  The staff is always warm and welcoming and very efficient.  The office is bright and cheerful and they always have fresh complimentary coffee.  We have never had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen.  Although we travel a distance, it is well worth it.

We started at their office on Oracle & Ina with our dog Lucky.  She was treated very well for many years, so we decided to continue with our new dog, Lola.  This time we requested the new facility, which was closer to us.  They have been thorough and are monitoring our sweetheart quite well.  We always enjoy taking her in, and never have to wait very long.  We really enjoyed their support!

I always have a great experience at the Northwest Pet Clinic La Canada! Everyone is smiling and friendly.  My boxers receive competent evaluation, diagnosis and treatment from the doctors.  The doctors are focused on the pet and owner at every visit and I always feel included in the treatment plan. The doctors and staff have gained my trust and admiration for the continued care of my dogs.

The experience has been good with the exception of the cost. It seems like the cost for lab work has risen to higher and higher levels. Also, it seems that some lab tests and other procedures are being suggested in order to mitigate any liability issues that might arise down the road. Yes, our pets are members of the family, but unlike human members of the family they don't have health insurance. I know there are health insurance policies available, but they pay only a very small portion of the bill and in many cases no portion of the bill because so many healths issues are excluded from coverage.

We brought our new puppy for her first ever vet visit and were entirely happy with our choice. Everyone was kind, professional, answered all our questions, and made many helpful suggestions. All our needs were addressed and we will definitely bring our pup to NW Pet Clinic for all of her life.
