Dr O'Donnell is excellent.  We took our cocker who blew out her ACL while on vacation.  Dr O was compassionate, efficient and caring.  She presented several options, recommending a conservative nonsurgical course to start.  She took very good care of Sally, not only in regards to the ACL, but going over Sally's other health history.  
The staff was excellent as well, loving on Sally and giving her treats.
I highly recommend Dr. O'Donnell.

I have enjoyed Northwest Pet Clinic every time I've visited since our journey began back in 2013. My dog has undergone an ordeal w/seizures which scared us, as parents, quite badly. I have had consistent diagnosis concerning her health and have felt cared for by them and the Emergency Service clinic they are affiliated with when the problem started. I have had to call with questions concerning her drug intake, many times after hours. I have always spoken w/someone and I have always been calmed and assured w/directions as what to do when medications have been missed.

I had a doctor we loved that is no longer w/NW Pet Clinic. I have stayed w/them and switched doctors and love her just as much. They speak with you not to you. They listen to you and are very friendly towards the animals. I have never waited to be seen more than ten minutes as I have in previous clinics.

I can't say enough good things about Northwest Pet Clinic.  We "transferred" from Casas Adobes Pet Clinic when Northwest Pet bought out that business and I was not too thrilled when the transition first took place, but they have won my support and business.  All of their doctors are experienced,  patient and very compassionate towards my pets.  And the rewards program really is a good deal - what a nice surprise.

Dr Carpenter and all the staff were great!!! They listened to my concerns and worked with me. They are very caring and professional. I am grateful to have found a vet for all of my pets.

Took my senior dog here and was extremely happy with Dr. Aydt and the care she gave my dog. She diagnosed the problem and we were able to make a plan on how to treat my dog. She and the entire staff were very professional and kind. Wonderful place to take your animals.
