We bought a safe from them last month and the sales manager was excellent in describing and helping with the safe.  Great service!  Today (8-30-2017) they installed the safe for us.  Danny the technician was outstanding and did a outstanding job.  He represent the company in a very special way.  He enjoy his job and was very knowledgeable and made sure everything was put in right.  His partner was not as good and unfortunately was always on the phone.  Danny did the majority of the work.  If it was not for Danny we would have sent the safe back.  Comments from his partner made it sound like it was junk.  Danny explain it was a excellent safe and proceeded in explaining what his partner meant by the comment.  I think Danny is an outstanding example of  giving customer great service.  His partner needs to put down the phone and communicate better with the customer.  I would highly recommend Northwest Safe to anyone that want good product and excellent customer service.

I didn't think the reviews could be accurate with all 5 stars. I was wrong. NW Safe Company kept me informed of the process the whole way. From greeting at the door, emailing updated order status, and in boxing and explaining me the features of my safe, all was done with the customer in mind. Loaded the safe quickly and safely, and I can't wait to try and unload it. Thanks to all who made this possible. Use NW Safe, you will not be disappointed. Customer service is hard to find today, but this is on par, or better than Amazon.

Exceptional customer service. Karen helped us with our purchase. She answer all of our question, educated us on all of your safes. She never once made us feel pressured into making a purchase. Every call she answered with a very helpful, amazing customer service. The delivery was on time, worked around my crazy schedule. Gary and Kalen were professional, toke GREAT care in making sure the safe and my house were not damage or even come in contact with each other. They worked very well as a team. So far we are very pleased with our Liberty Safe. Thank you for having a GREAT staff.

I usually don't write reviews unless I get extraordinary or terrible service, the guys at Northwest safe are extraordinary! Great, professional service. I told them my budget and they showed me a few models that fit my budget without pushing to spend more. Also caught them during a sale and had free delivery + install. Installation was also professional and on time.

NW Safe in Enumclaw is the place to go for your gun safe. They have the right people, the right products and a great delivery service.
The sales area is clean and well organized. The people are Professional and more than willing to listen and get the right safe for your situation. I'm not great at being approached with a sales pitch and I didn't get treated that way. I liked being asked a few questions that made sense and got a few key features explained and compared between the products. The safe that I chose is a great safe, looks fantastic in my home and fits my needs perfectly. 
I purchased a large gun safe that needed to be delivered to a challenging location down a narrow winding slope and around the back of our house, then through a small slider door after making a 90 degree in place rotation in front of the door. The men that did the delivery knew what they were doing. They were quick but not rushed. They had the right tools and made sure they weren't going to damage my place or my new safe. They installed it exactly where and how I needed it without me having to ask for anything. The tools they used for the delivery were designed and made by the people at NW Safe and were amazing. They didn't even leave a dent in the carpet. They reviewed all the aspects and features of the safe and then made sure I didn't need anything else before they left.
If you need to travel a little extra to get to NW Safe I would recommend that you do it.
I would mention names but they know who they are and I'll bet you can't go wrong with any one there.
