I had a very bad experience with a listing agent from this office on a home that my fiance and I fell in love with. Our original offer was countered by the seller, which we accepted. We had an oral agreement and were told that the home was ours. The agent said that she would have her client sign the contract that evening. The next morning, we were told another offer was put on the house at 10:30pm the night before, which they accepted. What happened to our contract? We were told the house was ours. The other offer should have never been considered or presented to the seller. Although not illegal, this was very unethical. I would not recommend using this realtor/office as they are not trustworthy or professional.
