The worst insurance broker I've ever dealt with. Does not respond to emails or return phone calls in a timely fashion. Does not keep you posted on why changes to policy occurred and waits until the last possible minute to find new insurance.  Basically you need to call or email him about 3-4 times before you can get a response, then usually it's a secretary or somebody else that works there that doesn't know details so that have to get in contact with him anyway-then the cycle starts all over again.

After I could not take anymore of this horrible service I found new agent with much better premiums, so I decided to cancel, he wouldn't even cooperate by providing necessary paperwork regarding cancellation and actually called me obviously mad and said ,"can't help with that," before abruptly hanging up.

I've dealt with many insurance brokers and agents, Bill Norton is by far the worst of all- their are many insurance agencies around- Avoid this one!!

Bill Norton is THE BEST. Straight forward and always looks for every possible discount. Office staff is awesome.
