I used to bring my dog here for 4 years until I found unreasonable fees in my bills. 

The first time they charged me double on extra antibiotics. The second time, they insisted to charge me a full physical exam (1st visit) and a half physical exam (follow-up visit) for an ear infection. We went in because my dog was scratching his ear a lot and there was brown discharge in the ear (obvious ear infection symptoms). The purpose of the visit and the entire examination was focus on the ear. When the bill arrived, I was charged for a FULL physical exam, an ear exam, plus the ear medication. With NO take home medication/treatment, I even had to pay a follow-up visit where a HALF physical exam fee was insisted. Overall, I spent almost $300 on an ear infection. A month later, the ear infection in the same ear came back.

I never care much for the cost of treatments as I want my dog to get the best possible care he needs, but this place will just RIP YOU OFF. I started questioning about whether they really care about animals or just money. I am heartbroken :(

I have never had a vet that cares for animals the way that Norwalk Animal Hospital does. They go above and beyond. They really care not only for their animal patients but also the owners. The location is beautiful and modern, yet comfortable and clean. The doctors are truly amazing with how much they care, and help you understand everything thats going on. The front staff as well as all the vet techs are super friendly. I will go to them for as long as I own a pet!! Doc M (as i like to call him) is friendly, super knowledgeable, and pretty funny too!! There need to be more nice people like them on this earth.

Best place to take your animals. Kind and caring staff. Professional Vets. All of our animals get the best care. I highly recommend Norwalk Animal Hospital where the care of your pets come first.

Norwalk Animal Hospital staff is friendly and caring. They always confirm appointments before and check in on my dog after each visit. They recently renovated the office so it looks brand new. We've been bringing our dog Smooch here for years! I highly recommend the team at Norwalk Animal Hospital.

I have been taking my cats to Dr. McLaughlin for over 10 years now.  They have always made appointment setting easy and have gone above and beyond with our visits to the office. Recently I had to euthanize my 18 yo cat and although we knew she had cancer, it wasn't until a late Friday afternoon I knew it was time. I called and they immediately saw us.  Here it was a late Friday afternoon, their closing time, and they stayed to be sure my little girl was no longer in pain. It was completely peaceful for her, and I will be forever grateful to their wonderful staff. Furthermore, Dr. McLaughlin was off that day and Dr. Stecker stepped in and was amazing. Vet Techs Mollie and Blake are the best.  Honestly I could not feel more thankful and thought everyone who may be looking for a vet should know they are not only good but they care.
