Very rude staff. I was just trying to get some help. I went up to the corresponding window (window 4) where the employee - who was obviously not doing anything - not busy, had no line or anyone waiting - just sitting there hands folded at the window. Upon going up to the window the employee was just checkout just kept looking past me, ignoring me. Then he proceeded to grab some paperwork to pretend like they were working or filling stuff out as I was standing there at the window for a good couple of minutes - they didn't even say "can I help you?" still refusing to help answer my simple questions I was told by that employee specifically word for word "No one is going to help YOU here." Even told me to calm down when I wasn't even getting confrontational, didn't raise my tone or anything, didn't cuss - so I do not understand why I was refused service, told to calm down and basically was treated like a child. I was just trying to leave at that point because I knew I wasn't going to be helped at all, like he said. And I agree with the previous reviews: employees working in the district attorney office are very rude, prejudiced, racist, phobic, disorganized and unprofessional. Also beware of wasting your time there because parking is $2 dollars every 15 minutes.

The employees at this Sherriffs dept like to make up their own policies regardless of the law. They also don't like to get too much paperwork or they complain and make up policies that prevent them from completing your requests.

This is not where you can get married or get birth certificates. You can do those things at the LA County Recorder's Office, which is right around the corner on Imperial Hwy. The parking structure has a visitor entrance off of Manuel Salinas Dr. and it costs $16.00 for the full day. Or just go park by the 711/Subway/Jamba Juice shopping area off of Imperial Hwy and just walk across the street. You can come to the Norwalk Superior Court for family law matters, including: child custody/visitation, paternity, child support, and divorces.

The judges and everyone here steal kids from families. Especially dads who want to be a part of there kids lives. The judge Mr Allen was the one responsible for using my kid and her mom as pawns to rape me daily from my money. Never did they once prove anything yet I have a never ending bill that gets deducted from my check and I lost all custody to my kid. Even though I was never served. This place is nothing but a hangout for terrorist who steal kids molest kids abuse kids and rape fathers from there income. The judge Mr Allen the judge is there top Isis commander. Terrorist in purist form. I have written a complaint with the city already and if corrections aren't met I am suing this place. Fk this place its pointless going here no one has there story straight and again they steal kids and abuse em.

Employees working in the district attorney office are very uncourteous, racially prejudiced, disorganised and unprofessional. They lack coordination and objectivity in their work
