If you ever need a realtor to work with, Todd Turcotte is your guy! I highly recommend Todd and his services for all of your real estate needs. He is extremely responsive, helpful, and knowledgable throughout my entire purchasing process. He was also able to provide me with some great referrals for inspections, mortgages, etc. which made my overall purchasing process much smoother. Todd is truly a stand up guy who puts his clients best interests at heart. You will not be disappointed with him and the services he provides.

The group is unbelievably difficult to get in contact with, and not helpful at all. The inability to communicate in any way outside than their multi-step, stringent requirements is laughable.

The website is not user-friendly. Also found they intentionally left homes already rented out on the website, presumably to generate more traffic. But to play out a very real scenario....if I found one we liked, our realtor had to complete a form for us requesting more info (cannot call). We cannot request info ourselves. From there we wait, to eventually find out it is available or not. Every step beyond this is painful, with what feels like more middlemen and strict rules than you could imagine. The homes on the website often also omit key information, which again there is no way to get a timely response.

Glad we got a home without Todd, and would never use or recommend their services.

Please don't even try him. After you paid ($75) him for your background check he wouldn't pickup your phone.

Hard to get in contact with him through his office or listed numbers. I believe he pays to be put on some listings like he's the only one that can show those rentals (not true always). Thankfully by the grace of God, I found  a great agent. Somehow this guy was still involved in the process and gave me a hard getting this place until I put my foot down on what I wouldn't do. He probably was upset one of his team members didn't get this sale (just speculation because this was a "nothing" apartment). He may have been good for others that were renting but not me.

I've hired Todd as a real estate agent for the last two and a half years.  I've found him to be thorough, prompt, and accurate in his assessment of the Norwalk real estate market!
