I If I could give zero stars I would! This is the worst management company you could ever hire. Unless you want to throw money away and manage your own property while paying someone else to waste your time and cause you aggravation, stay away! Since hiring this company, we have had terrible cleaning of common areas, (vomit in the elevator for days despite numerous complaints to WFL!), zero oversight for a construction project for which an additional large management fee is being billed, no handyman help, light bulbs burned out in stairways for weeks on end, despite numerous complaints to WFL (there was no light at all and therefore this was a very dangerous situation), I could go on and on... Long story short, when I called the owner of WFL, Bill Leopold, to complain about the situation with our particular WFL manager (after months of trying to solve the problems directly with the manager), he was completely defensive, did not apologize, and only wanted his worker's "side of the story". He asked if I was "even on the board" of my building (the answer is yes!).  He was rude, disrespectful, dismissive, and arrogant. Now I see why my manager has been so terrible. It is coming right from the top.

My commercial condo association hired these guys. They have been a nightmare. One day I was on the phone. They stood over me, literally. I told them I was on the phone (which was obvious) and to leave. They continued to stand there; I asked them to leave again. They stood there. I then told them to leave or I would call the police. They started to leave and as they were going through the door one of them shouted a profanity to me. They were clearly trying to intimate and bully me. They seem to hate women. If you are a woman, be careful. They are weird. Now, let's talk about their bookkeeping skills. They don't have them listed on the website as a service they offer. I asked them for the name of their bookkeeper, they refused to give it to me. They continue to make mistakes. I submitted an invoice. They were going to pay me double the amount of the invoice! Their business management services are awful. I am not really sure what they do! I had papers that had blown up to my front door; they were there for a week! Only when I saw a bill, where they had billed for cleaning up the grounds, and I emailed them did they move them. I can go on and on about how awful they are.
