Definitely a 5 🌟 rating all around for this restaurant located in Hyannis, with an entrance in the Cape Cod Mall. Everything was perfect including the food and service. Manager, Bruce was outstanding, watching the business and talking to customers. Our waiter, Joe was perfection and knew the menu inside out. Our food was awesome, including a salmon dinner and Cobb Salad. Delicious bread. Can't wait to go back!

When Not Your Average Joe's first came into the Cape Cod Mall, it was a fresh idea with good food and fun atmosphere.

The past few times I've are here, though, have been mediocre at best, and terrible at worst. The service is always slow (at the fault of the kitchens; the wait staff are the one redeeming feature here), and the food is either okay or terrible, depending on what night I decided to visit. And a good restaurant should at the very least be consistent with the quality of the food it puts out.

If you can at all avoid it, don't go here. There are plenty of better options that surround the Mall to which this is attached.

Excellent selection of dishes. Can eat at the bar. Crowded in summer however worth the wait. Friendly service. Serves variety of alcohol. Located in Hyannis Mall.

My experience here was amazing! The food was delicious, along with the amazing bartender Natallia who gave me outstanding service the entire meal! Would definitely recommend stopping in and grabbing a bite!

Best choice of restaurants in the Hyannis area. Menu choices are endless and they will customize orders to satisfy their guests. Servers are exceptional and attentive. Management is always available to ensure customers are well taken care of. I highly recommend Joe's as an alternative to the typical tourist destination.
