One of the worst experiences I have ever encountered from a food establishment. I ordered an hour and a half ahead of time through so called easy online ordering that informed me my order would be ready for 1:45pm pick-up. I showed up at exactly 1:47pm to pick-up my order for a business meeting I was conducting at 2pm a few moments down the road. When I asked the girl at the front she informed me they were working on it and that it wouldn't be ready for sometime. When I asked how long, she told me what do you expect when you order during lunch rush...despite the fact that I was holding a confirmation slip in my hand stating the order would be ready for 1:45pm. When I finally got the food it was 2:07pm nearly a half hour after the confirmed time, which put me late for my meeting. To make matters all the less enjoyable when I got to the meeting a sandwich for one of the participants was missing, not to sweat I offered mine up so that the meeting could continue underway. At the conclusion I called to speak to a manager to seek a refund for food I did not receive. The manager informed me she couldn't process the refund and it would take about a month for corporate to do so! Instead they tried insisting on offering me a gift card as that could be processed immediately, as if they didn't empathize with the fact that after this experience I have NO INTENTION of returning to a Panera Bread. What kind of corporation takes a month to issue a credit card refund in the year 2018? - From a very Hangry and unsatisfied Panera Bread Customer :(

Lunch here is so inconsistent. Old wilted lettuce, incredibly dry grilled cheese with too much bread and very little cheese. Safest bet is breakfast.

Unfortunately poor service. Food quality varies deeply and is unreliable. Always understaffed. Today I found a hair in my soup and the store was a mess. We got to this Panera a lot and it's not always great

Clean establishment Foods healthy and staff was great. I recommend. Check it out good variety.

Pathetic. I ordered a steak and arugula sandwich which cost nearly ten dollars and wouldn't satisfy the appetite of a tiny lap dog. They even skimped on the arugula to say nothing of the meat portion. They were out of baguette bread -or however you spell it- and gave me a tiny green apple which. I have been going this particular Panera for years but their portions are shrinking and who wouldn't have low threshold for overpaying for a tiny sandwich designed to fit in a doll house? Say your money and go elsewhere. Bonus: place was filthy.
