Bought 5 dozen bundtlets for company Christmas party. I ordered the seasonal flavors.  I picked up my order and realized when I got home that 2 dozen were missing.  I called them up, they said we apologize, we got busy (which is understandable, I realize I’m not the only person in this world) and your 2 dozen weren’t placed in your bag, we will deliver them to you.  Long story short, I got all 5 dozen and everyone at the party couldn’t stop talking about the bundlets.

I own a small business locally and pick up cakes quite often for our marketing outings.  Everyone here is so friendly and able to help out on short notice.  Not to mention their cakes are to die for.

Not sure if it's me or the staff but I visited today the cashier was somewhat friendly, and greeted me. Another lady came from the back didn't speak looked at me and turned her head. Another customer came in, she spoke and greeted her very nicely. While the cashier was in the back wrapping my cakes, the other worker finally lightly spoke. Maybe it's because of my skin color I'm not sure, but I went to the one in Fairview Heights after leaving. It was a totally different experience. Staff greeted me very nicely and made me feel welcome. They also told me about the stamp cards, which I wasn't informed about in Brentwood after buying 4 cakes. I love the cakes but the experience at Brentwood was not a good one. I will probably drive 55mins to Fairview from now on even though Brentwood is only 15mins from me. The cakes are delish I must say.

Just tried the first cake place that popped up when I googled bundt cakes and I have to say my mom is a chef that bakes cakes and she said in her 71 years that's one of the best cakes she's ever tasted. It was so good we were full and kept cutting pieces. I give them a 10 out of 10. The only cakes I'll be buying for a while.
