Wow! What a great company to do business with! As this was my very first order for bicycle tubing I had a TON of questions, the gentleman I spoke with was very patient and very knowledgable. Having worked in retail in the past I know dealing with people who aren't quite sure of what they want or need can be a little trying at times but this person made feel very valued and appreciated! And they shipped my order the same day even though I called late on a Friday. Excellent job!!!!! Thank you!

I've been doing business with Nova for a little over one year, and I have to say that their customer service (Katie) is THE MOST helpful representative I've ever spoken with over the phone... not to mention their amazing selection of frame building supplies/tubes is one of the widest of any tubing distributors out there! Every time I place an order with them, the package arrives concisely and all of the items are packed well enough to ensure no damage will occur en route. As for their house brand tubing quality, it seems to be on average just as straight both True Temper and Reynolds, and is much cleaner on the interior of the tubes which makes marking the butted ends a breeze. Bottom Line: I'll be buying from Nova for a long time.

Great customer service with Katie! Took my order over the phone, and shipped direct to my frame builder. She also got out an email with my invoice to me right away. Nova has a huge selection, and if all their employees are as helpful as Katie was I will recommend them to all my cycling pals. Thanks!

I'm not a frame builder and all I needed was a replacement derailleur hanger. Even for my small order, Katie worked closely with me to find the correct part and hardware to get my bicycle up and running. 

A couple of things to note:
$5.00 handling charge for orders of less than $50.
Less expensive shipping options are available for small orders.

This company provides a high quality service with an excellent level of communication with customers!
Items range Nova offers is also pretty wide, e.g. fast web search would leave you with think that the part like brake bridge made of 6061 alloy(unlike made of steel one) is a very rare and hard to find thing but Nova offers even it.
