From someone who usually dreads Physical Therapy, I must say that NovaCare has been amazing. My Therapist Allison has been a true pleasure to work with. She’s incredibly thorough, great at explaining the therapy plan and she is so kind and compassionate. Best of all I’m seeing real progress on my chronic back pain and for that I am so grateful. I would highly recommend Allison and NovaCare for any of your therapy needs.
Everyone here is wonderful!!! From the front desk to the physical therapists, everyone is welcoming, cheerful, and helpful. They have been so instrumental in my recovery following my hip replacement. They are attentive to my needs and encouraging as they push me, but not too hard. Special shout outs to Lisa, Allyson and Jada!!! Love you guys!
Megan and all of the staff at NovaCare Dublin were very professional. They identified my problem and rehabbed it quickly. Highly recommend!
I had the great pleasure of working with Allyson Helleis who is very knowledgeable , caring and very thorough with my therapy. She gave me plenty of @home stretches and exercises to do that helped to speed up my recovery. Allyson, has a pleasant demeanor, thoughtful disposition and is very professional.... Highly recommend Allyson Helleis for someone needing physical therapy.
Novacare is a nice Rehab center.Good quality therapy is administered in very professional way.
The facility is very clean and they are doing a great job of social distancing and cleaning equipment after use to keep everyone safe and healthy. My therapist Allison is great. She is very knowledgeable and is able to answer all my questions. She does a really good job of explaining everything that she’s doing and recommending and why she is recommending it. I’ve only been there several times and have noticed some benefit already. Plus this location has dry needling and cupping to help with decreasing pain.
I’ve had a major stroke and am a long hauler of Covid 19. I have had two rounds of physical therapy, at two different United Health clinics. I have been pleased with the outcomes of both, but my experience at NOVA is exceptional. The facility is small, but the therapist is is “tops”. She’s patient and empathetic. My exercises are well-planned. I can complete each one and do more repetitions than told to do. The clinic is spotless, masks are required, and the equipment is in great condition. Although I haven’t used it, there is even a small pool for therapeutic exercises. I’m so pleased with this clinic that I’d gladly pay for a membership as it would be money well spent! Try it; I’m sure you’ll like it!
The PT and PTA staff at NovaCare Dublin are personable and attentive to your needs. The initial evaluation is thorough and the following sessions are all on time and attention to detail is appreciated. The facility is well suited for several different therapy methods and is always clean and organized. Personal attention is always priority. Thank you for your helping me recover from my injury.
The folks that I've met at NovaCare in Dublin have been professional, kind, and understanding. They've worked with me to develop a routine that has significantly helped with my lower back pain. The change has been noticeable in just the few weeks that I've been seeing them and has made me excited to continue the program with them and eventually on my own. I lived with the pain for months before finally seeking help and now I'm so glad I did and that I received that help from the folks at NovaCare.
