Long, long, wait times. They email and call you stating your medications are ready for pick up, but you still end up waiting for over an hour. I have to go through the drive thru because of my children and there is ALWAYS a wait. At least 30 minutes. If the medications are not ready they should ask the people to come back, not wait. It's called a drop off, pick up line for a reason. By far, the WORST pharmacy I have ever dealt with. If it were not for my employee insurance forcing me to use this pharmacy, I would have switched after my first experience with them.

THE worst experience I've ever had in any pharmacy.  
They were going through a change in the pharmacy software, BUT these are the issues:
1. The pharmacy workers are slow as molasses, they walk around as if they are all in trance.  Believe me we (the customers) had plenty of time to observe what they were doing when not helping actual customers.
2.  They carried on with unnecessary conversation when there were plenty of customers waiting to be served.
3.  With the new system instead of asking for help from a trainer the individual who did help went through a 7 full minutes of staring at the screen and trial and error before FINALLY asking for assistance.
4.  I had to reschedule a VA appointment because of the pace and ineptitude of the staff.
Suggest you bring on some new blood to make the process faster.  Granted you are working with pharmaceuticals and you need to make sure everything is correct, but what we experienced today was God awful.  On the positive side I did get to meet some nice people, we probably could have had a picnic if we'd known what we were in for.

No one knows who’s the first in line. No pharmacy technicians in windows half the time. Slow as h-ell and just like it use to be. This is it for me. Everyone’s complaining at the wait. What exactly happened?

One of the better pharmacies in town. Love the mail order service, friendly staff and nice waiting area. They even have a pickup window.

I do not understand how this pharmacy can mess up a electronic submission of a  prescription after they were called and confirmed they had it and would have it filled within 45 minutes.  This is a another perfect example of Novant's inability to properly attend to their patient's. SMH. Customer Service at its finest!!!!
