My initial experience with Novation was great. They helped me sign my documents and answered my questions and everythingat closing, but about a week later when I was wondering where my mail key and clubhouse key were for a condo that I had just purchased, I called my HOA and found that they didn't even know that I lived there. I am not sure if I am an anomoly and this is normally a good company, but this past week has been a nightmare figuring everything out with the HOA and other parties that Novation was supposed to communicate with and I have yet to even get a mail key. I feel like I greatly overpaid in closing costs for the service that I received. I also received no reply to my emails asking what was going on and my agent informed me that her company is no longer working with them because of issues they caused her lender.

Had a chance to visit this office today, everyone there was super friendly and happy. I Could not have been more impressed. I definitely would recommend this place!!!!!!

I love this fresh new Title Company. It's nice to see young blood bring new updated methods and customer care. I trust the people at Novation Title and welcome them to the real estate community in the valley. 
I was well cared for but most importantly my clients were treated with respect and given the highest quality of service. This is the future of escrow.
