TDA is amazing to work with!  As a benefit advisor for many businesses we have had the opportunity to see first hand how much TDA cares in always doing what's in the best interest of the member.   Over the years we've had a handful of situations where concerns have come up, not by fault of TDA, but they have gone out of their way to make an exception, even when they really didn't need to.  Would definitely recommend to those looking for a great dental carrier!

Worst dental insurance provider I have ever dealt with, they only pay half of what they say they do in benefits, always pay claim's extremely late. Horrible insurance provider I would never recommend. Run away as fast as you can

Called TDA at work today, and representative Greg answered. He was incredibly rude and impatient. I have never had to deal with such an unpleasant representative. Horrible experience.
