My son was a patient here for a few months until we got a bill for over $200 for what should have been a routine check up with no copay. I assumed the best (my mistake) and paid the bill because we we're having some issues with our insurance company anyway. After inquiring at our next visit, it turns out that they never even ran our insurance in the first place. It's been literally 3 months and they still haven't issued a refund. Bridget, the office manager, has been blowing me off and not returning my calls. The last time I called she was IN THE OFFICE but would only communicate with me through the receptionist and promised that the refund was a week away. Again, this was months ago. I'm honestly just baffled at the incompetence. They had a chance to fix an easy mistake but fumbled over and over. We've already found a different pediatrician for my son's next check up.

Staff did not resend my health insurance information claim after I paid $90 cash. Management did not return my 2 voicemails regarding the need to re-send my health insurance for a claim minus deductible. How rude is the staff not to submit to my insurance? They took my $90 cash for a 3 minute exam when I was sick, but did not want to resubmit my insurance for a claim even though my insurance has been active. Thats a shame! I ended up submitting my own claim myself with all the documents to my health insurance. Now I have to wait for reimbursement from my insurance carrier which can take 30+ days. Shame on them! Sounds to me that they got their cash, so now they do not want to be bothered. Will never recommend or go back to!

They discovered a pancreatic cancer my dad had that the previous doctor's office could not fine. They are top notch doctors. At least Dr. Einhorn and Dr. Rosenberg are. I don't really know the others. I would have given them 5 stars but everyone needs a little room to improve.

Mom thought they were amazing. I, however, am not impressed. She saw them shortly before her death from something they should've found. When she missed her appointment two weeks after her passing, they sent a "courtesy" letter stating how important it is to keep appointments. Because this letter didn't include their phone number, I looked them up on google & apple maps, both of which had the same incorrect phone number. A grieving family shouldn't have to work this hard to let them know their patient died.
