The doctor looks very nice, but didn't pay attention to what I try to tell him. He just prejudge the disease. I tried to tell him that's not what I experienced, apparently, he has no time or interest to listen. This reminds me experiences in Canada. A friend's father had been seeing his family doctor for a long time with his coughing. He requested many times for X-ray test. The doctor refused the test and thought it's not necessary. Seven months later, he feels so bad and went to another's country, did the test and found out lung cancer in late stage and passed away in hospital after six months treatment. There is a lady in Canada. He requested test for cancer many times, her family doctor refused the test. Luckily she has a friend in Ottawa hospital. Her friend arranged the test and found she did have cancer in early stage.

The most unprofessional office I've had the displeasure of using. Employees rude, doctors don't care about your health, do not waste $$$ here. That's all they care about.

Dr. Brateman is a very thorough and well conversed doctor. Honestly, he reminds me a lot of Eugene Levy from American Pie looks-wise and his matter of factness and mannerisms. Key to working with him is be willing to talk about what your problems, goals, needs, etc. are. He is very thorough with his physicals. You ask him what he's doing, he tells you. Example, he take your blood pressure after the nurses and takes a reading on both arms. He'll explain to you why. He will inform you this is due to the thoroughness of the medical program training at Indiana University and he was taught to check both. Office staff jobs are tough. So the staff is very direct and they expect you to know what you are asking for. The nurses are also very nice and professional.

I just gave them 1 start to be able to do a review , they deserve 0 start. I went twice last year and both experiences were terrible, never been in an so unprofessional Dr. Office, the employees were rude and nasty. Now I just received a letter from a collection agency from dr. Brateman, for $615.00 how wonderful and I had never received a letter or call from them saying that I own this money and they send me to the collection office, thanks Dr. BRATEMAN for ruin my credit! !!!

Dr. Brateman is great. Very professional and knowledgeable. The office staff are terrible as is at least one of the other doctors there, which makes for a less enjoyable experience.
