Although my technician for laser was amazing - The laser did not work and it ended up darkening my skin so badly.  I’ve had laser before and wonderful results but I going to stay clear of this place. I also have huge turnover rates and the place is never organize because they’re always trying to train new people. I now have to figure out how to lighten my skin and go through a whole new process that it’s going to cost me more money that I already has . I also try to upsell everything ... it is just one of those scam places that seem they know what they are doing but they have no idea - basic trained staff and always changing the rules on their membership plan ! Beware ! One positive thing I can state is that the facial was good!

I had a bad experience and Novopelle tried to fix it but still couldn't. Everytime I tried making an appointment they were either booked or didn't have a technician available. For a mistake they made, you think they will go out of their way to accommodate the client but I guess not. No one has called me to check up on me and I have a signed waiver that Novopelle supposed to help me until they fix the scar on my face (or close to it) and along with my facial hair. I don't know what else to do. Seems like the turnover rate is high with the staff and or management and services have gone down the drain. It's really sad. Wonder if someone contacts me after this. Also if anyone know the contact person to corporate, please let me know because someone in the higher up needs to know what's going on.

Very welcoming friendly staff.  Always two parking spaces up front.  Short wait times for appointments. Extremely competent and thorough in every aspect of my visits. I highly recommend them!

I am very happy with results so far! I’ve had the plasma facial and weigh loss with body contouring treatment. Staff is very professional, kind, and attentive. I’ll be trying some more services soon!
