We interviewed several firms before we hired Chris Olson for our Chapter 13 defense.  From the moment I walked into his office in Plantation, I liked the way Chris immediately handled our situation. The process of bankruptcy is difficult, but he explained our options, and even though We were not interested in this process it was definitely the best way to go.  Having a impartial professional to access the situation and advice us was priceless. Chris was quick to understand our financial condition and instantly knew the path needed to help us. The office staff was just as courteous as they all made us feel better in an unfortunate situation. Chris and his staff helped us through a Chapter 13 that had to be filed. He studied the specifics of my case and clearly explained the alternatives. After struggling with financial and legal options, we were very happy that we followed his advice. Chris was exceptionally helpful and reassuring through the bankruptcy process.  Our options were clearly explained as he was always available by phone, email and personal appointments to help us deal with different matters as they arose at no additional cost!  Not only did he get us through this process 5 years ago, but he continues  to help even now that the bankruptcy is finally over! We're no longer buried in debt and when anything comes up about the filing or any other issues, Chris and his staff have always been there to help.  We will definitely refer anyone we know who needs this firm's expertise in going forward. Thank you for your hard work on our behalf. We appreciate it very much.

They lawyers Mitch and Christian  are very knowledgeable and experienced.  Not your typical attorneys, their very charismatic! I experienced great customer service from Leonardo, Maritza and Crystal. The girls are extremely helpful when answering my calls. They're the most sweetest, caring, knowledgeable and professional assistants. They never get tired of taking my calls and answering my many questions to ease my mind. For that, I am grateful. The short stubby chubby guy Leonardo is a character, but once you get used to his dry humor he's an smart guy who knows what he's doing. You can tell the lawyers and their staff are very passionate about what they do. Will definitely recommend them.

Professional , respectful and knowledgeable law firm. Thank you Mitchell, Chris and Maritza for all your hard work and dedication on my case. They were all available to answer my emails around the clock. From the moment I hired them, they’ve been great. Would recommend to anyone falling in hard times. Call the office and and for Mitchell , if he’s not available ask for his secretary Maritza , she’s very intelligent.

Christian Olson and his staff were such a blessing. I was in  financial distress due to an illness and talked to several attorneys. A family member recommended Christian. As soon as I met with him I gained a sense of peace. He reviewed all of my information in the initial visit, eased my concerns about filing for bankruptcy, and had a tremendous amount of knowledge about it! He answered all of my questions, kept me informed, and kept me calm through the entire process! Thank you so much Christian, Leo and Jennifer for making this stressful event easier than expected.

I filed for a Bankruptcy with Nowack and Olson, and recently received my Discharge. The Attorneys Chritian and Mitchell are very knowledgeable. They really care about their clients. The Paralegal in the office Maritza is extremely helpful , she helped me every step of the way to obtain my Discharge. Any time I had a question , I  called the office or emailed Maritza , and my questions or concerns were taken care of immediately. The customer service I received from Christian, Mitchell and Maritza was superb. I extremely satisfied with the legal work they provided Me. I highly recommend Nowack and Olson. If I ever fall on hard times again, I'll definitely call them first without hesitation.
