Plain Jane Manicure on short nails went well.
Went to the restroom - door doesn't lock & it is less than clean.
Polish Change for Toenails went well.

Nothing spectacular.
Nothing awful.

10 days ago.
I enjoyed my pedicure, but my nail experience was not very good.  I had nails put on and my right index finger nail sticks out to the left a bit.  You might ask why I didn't mention it when I was in the salon.  Well. I am handicapped and at times my eyes jump so much I can hardly see until the medication takes effect.  Also I ask her to paint a flower on two of my finger nails the color of my toenails. After I got in the car on our way out of town on our vacation my husband ask why I had purple flowers that didn't match my white nails or dark red toes. I was so disappointed.  Later I could see she didn't totally cover my finger nails on the sides.        
Maybe it was just this one lady but I'm not happy at this point and I really did want to like this salon.

I love coming here. Even though I did have a problem today, they made it right without a problem.

Excellent customer service. Very talented staff. Best place to go for nails and pedicures. They offer so much more services as well.
