This past Saturday I took my daughter and some of her friends to get their nails done. The shop was busy and when we walked in no one turned around to great us or even ask what service we were getting. We sat there about 15 minutes, without being acknowledged. Two ladies walked in (caucasian) the owner Paul stopped what he was doing and ran to those ladies to see what service they needed and to let them know how long it would be. I always noticed certain people got special attention but because I loved how my nails always looked, and I've been going since the day it opened, I over looked the bad customer service. I think the worse part about our last experience was my 8 year old noticed how we were ignored and others were not.
