I absolutely adore this place. I’ve been going here for about a year. Even a simple haircut (I have a pixie, so I’m constantly in need of a haircut) is a truly relaxing experience. The space is beautiful and the staff members, from the front desk to the stylists, are always sweet and accommodating. They’ve always been very respectful of my time. Sarah is incredibly talented. I’m excited for my first spa service here this weekend!

I have never received a hair coloring as bad as I did today when going to Ntouch. I feel like I could have done a better job doing it myself. I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted done, and I understand that they can’t make it exactly like the picture but she didn’t even come close. Not to mention the foil lines going across my head. I don’t even want to wear my hair down right now but I also can’t wear it up because the sides of my head don’t match, one side is way darker than the other. I will be calling them tomorrow and speaking with a manager and I just hope they can do something to fix this or give me my money back but never again will I go back and I surely won’t recommend this place to anyone else.

I have only utilized the massage therapy services here, so I can only rate those. I believe I have been here four times now for a massage. Every time has been a relaxing experience. One massage therapist that I initially had wasn't as good as the others, and unfortunately the one I liked the best has left the spa, but I just went there yesterday and still had a great experience. I enjoy the relaxation area and the foot soak prior to the massage and the Aveda experience is also calming. The prices are fairly standard for a quality massage.

I love it here... best ever staff is so nice and service is amazing.. you always walk out feeling relaxed and confident. :) would reccommend it to anyone.

Abby did my low lights and she was wonderful. Sara did my cut and style and I love it. It was very relaxing!
