Shelly will half ass do your dreads style and wait to the end of the styling process  to say if she can fully do it or not while leaving your hair looking like a dysfunctional mess that she didn’t care to much to try and fix it

Service could be a lot better. The wait times are ridiculous, especially to have an appointment. Have sat waiting for as much as an hour. Will not return.

I was not pleased at all. I went to get my hair cut off and I wanted it shorter than she cut it. Well yesterday when I said it to her she said she couldn't cut it shorter cause she put something in it. Today I called to see if she would cut it lower and then she tells me she don't have clippers. Well if that was the case why did you even cut my hair to begin with?? I showed you a pic of how I wanted it done. A real stylist would've said from jump street she couldn't or didn't have clippers to do the style and let me make a decision if I wanted to go head or find someone else to do the job that she clearly couldn't do. Never again will I go back cause I'm very disappointed with her work!!
