The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store has a large selection to choose from. They did not have the brand that I asked for l, but  they did however introduced me to a better product. The prices were higher than what I am used too, the hair seemed to be of better quality!  Once again you get what you pay for!

Overall the store is great but if I come to you with a problem with hair I brought from you and only had it in two weeks or less and the hair is already malting up and shedding. You as a seller or owner shouldn't be like oh no we been selling that hair for 5months now and we had no complaints. You must be put something in it. INSTEAD APOLOGIZING WOULD BE BETTER AND SUGGESTION WHAT CAN YOU DO TO HELP BECAUSE YOU DO KNOW THERE COULD'VE BEEN A BAD PACK OF HAIR. THEN HAVING THE NERVE TO TALK ABOUT ME TO YOUR CO-WORKER OR HUSBAND AS I WAS SEATING IN THE CAR. THIS IS WHY YOU TRY GIVING PPL YOUR BUSINESS AND PPL ENDS UP GOEING ELSEWHERE CAUSE YOU CAN CARELESS. SO FOR NOW ON I'LL CONTINUE BUYING OFF LINE AT LEAST IF THERE'S A PROBLEM THE SELLER WILL TRY WORKING WITH YOU!!!! SO DON'T WASTED YOUR MONEY ON THAT 7A HAIR THEYRE ADVERTISING IN THE WINDOW PLZZZ.

Definitely my go to store in the Grand Strand! Great Customer service! I usually call ahead and see if they carry new products. They also have a staff that uses the products they sale, and wears the hair they offer! I come from a big city with a lot of stores to choose from, now that I am here this is the best store I have ran into! Give it a try!

Went to the 501hair location and was told I would get a 20% discount for buying the wig off the manikin, since they were out of stock. When I went to pay, they refused to honor the 20% and would only give 10%. If my girlfriend didn't need this wig, I would not have purchased. Will never return.

Great variety, and very organized. Prices are fair and the layout of the store is open so you can see everything. I went there for braiding hair and was happy with the choices
