When it was United Seating Mobility service was great. Nu motion is horrible. Actually horrible wouldn't  describe the service. I left numerous messages, no call return at all. I spoke with agents and was suppose to receive return calls and failed to do so. I just called for a new order and things are constantly changing.  Good luck if you stick with this company. BTW I had a tech complaining while repairing my chair. He himself said they are horrible to their clients.

Too many bad experiences and high staff turnover. Difficult to get consistent help.

We were very unhappy with our services with Numotion. The staff was rude, unprofessional & I didn’t feel they were knowledgeable regarding our wheelchair. It took a month longer than expected to receive the wheelchair. We have had multiple problems with the chair & it takes days for someone to respond or call us back. When I’ve called the office the staff was rude and unhelpful.  We have needed adjustments & replacement parts as the wheelchair hadn’t been working to fit our needs. It has taken weeks to fix which in turn means weeks without a wheelchair.
