I called NW Home Exteriors when my roof began leaking and water was dripping into a closet. An estimator was sent the next day; he arrived within the one hour timeframe I was told he would arrive. He inspected the roof and took pictures of the problem areas and showed them to me. I received an email quote for the repair work within 15 minutes. I called to schedule the repair work and was fortunate that an installer was available later that day. The installer arrived at the time I was told he would arrive. He replaced the roofing shingles that matched my existing roof in 5 problem areas. Very happy with the prompt service, professionalism, and work quality.

Amazing workers, always on time, great quality and service. Never disappointed. Ivan Mora definitely knows what he’s doing. The pricing was great as well.

I never thought I'd be writing a review for a roofing company, but NW Home Exteriors is nothing but amazing! Great service from the first point of contact to the end of entire roof tear off and replacement. We had a few bids from other competitors, but NW Home exteriors stood out by a long shot. They are so professional and showed such attention to detail and quality. Ivan, was so proactive with communication on the status of the roof the entire time. Their prices are very competitive and when I first approached them they were able to do a same day quote. I would highly recommend NW Home Exteriors to anyone considering anything being done to their roof! Absolutely amazing service and quality!

Great customer service. Took pictures of the roof both before and after repairs so we knew exactly what was needed and done.  Will use again for any of our roofing needs and would recommend highly to anyone else.

Crew was terrific. Job was completed on time, price was very good and quality was excellent.   Even during the high winds and heavy weather the roof didn't have any problems. Ivan always did what he said or more. If the roof wouldn't out live me I would have him do the work again.
