I have had great experiences with the doctors. I am posting this in response to the on call doctor at night. He was extremely rude and short with me. He had a horrible attitude and very disrespectful

My last Dr visit was a fiasco ! I had cut the end of my finger and it was bleeding, the two Drs who examined it freaked out and said I needed to go to ER. It didn't need stitches it just needed bandaging. ER confirmed that. Hard to get seen here at all and I'm a long time patient of this place. I'm done here, they shouldn't use Urgent Care or ER as their plan of first choice. I feel invisible in the waiting room.

I've really had nothing but good experiences with NW Primary Care.  Dr Saultz is quite possibly the best PCP I've ever had.
