We had a non-standard shower that needed rebuilding. Working with a local, experienced company was the right choice for us. They were creative in meeting our needs and used quality materials during the rebuild. The quality of their work was excellent and the results exceeded our expectations. Everyone was friendly with us and respectful of our home. We would use them again and certainly recommend them to others.

I hired them to do work on my home and they were excellent.  I have worked with a few different contractors and Bathcrest is far superior to others.  They showed professionalism and an overall knowledge about the industry.
They provided good recommendations of how to remodel my bathroom and showed great work ethic.
I will hire them in the future for any other jobs I may have and will defiantly recommend them to others.

Great Company! We recently purchased a home and shortly after moving in realized there was a hole or crack in the bottom of our bathtub.  We called NW Tub & Shower, they showed up on time and did a wonderful job fixing the damage.  I was especially impressed by the technician's care taken to keep our house clean while he was working.

I first had Bathcrest refinsh a tub for me 12 years ago, it held up great.  I recently had them work in my new home, they installed a new tub surround and refinished my yellow tub taking my bathroom from ugly  to fresh and white.  I plan to use again when ready to replace my master shower.  Good service, friendly people, fair pricing.

"Exellent Work"   I've been a general contractor in the Portland Oregon area for 10 years and I've been using these guys for about that same amount of time. They've also been here for 20 + yrs I think. You only stay in business that long and in one place if you're doing somthing right. Their customer service has been exellent, with me and my customers. I can tell you from experience that you can't please everyone all the time, you can only try, and they certainly do. I wouldn't use any one else and I sure wouldn't recommend anyone else. There are far to many pop up and disappear outfits out there, I would choose stability anytime. My thanks to all the Bathcrest staff for doing a great job for me and my customers.
