I recently had a knee replacement, I am a 51 year old female. I was not prepared for the recovery to be so hard. I came to your business in the worst frame of mind. I didn’t know what to expect. I want to applaud who ever does the hiring for the Franklin Square office because all of your physical therapist and physical therapist assistants are amazing. They are loving , considerate and kind. There is one that really stands out and makes a difference Lina! She is well organized, professional and sincere. She is a leader. Lina treats your business as if it were her own, being a business owner I know how hard that is to find. Lina is the machine behind that office. Lina should surely be a therapist, after speaking to her and knowing she has done this the past 16 years and is still motivated, carding and knowledgable, she smiles all the time and pushes you to do your best. Lina sets a goal for her patients and then gives them her all to see them become 100% with total care and devotion. Without Lina, I wouldn’t look forward to coming to your office. Knowing that I am going to come there and she is going to believe in me and teach me how to achieve my goals makes all the difference. While caring for me she multi tasks she glides around helps others and directs the staff all in the same minute. Lina is a god sent to you. Its not everyday we find an employee like Lina, I hope you value you her as I do!!! In addition, Frankie is a very valuable addition to the team. The first day I started there I was warmly greeted by Frankie. I was in so much pain he reassured me that I would get through it. Since then, he has worked with me many times. He is very knowledgeable and kind. Thank you again for the great staff you have at Franklin Square!

Most amazing staff I’ve ever encountered at physical therapy! Very respectful amongst one another and patience. I’d love to take Ray home with me after every visit because he knows his stuff.

Most friendly and helpful staff ever. The therapist are all very attentive, caring and personable. They are also very flexible and work around your schedule.

Great staff, very welcoming! Especially the girl at the front. The entire staff is very friendly and the PT is awesome. Definitely recommend!
