Erica Meloe is beyond talented! In less than 5 minutes she was able to relieve me of a pesky pain in my left side - a pain I have dealt with since 1999 from a car accident! It especially would flare up in rainy weather, and now it is GONE and has been since I saw her over 3 years ago. This review was LONG overdue. Thank you Erica for your expertise, gentle manner, and professionalism. I highly recommend coming to Velocity Physio.
Annie Gow is a great physical therapist, smart, intuitive and generous. She was more sensitive to my body than others I'd worked with in the past, and gave me exercises that have helped me with my pain enormously.
Hands-down the BEST physical therapist I have ever seen. I had an ongoing chronic issue that had affected every aspect of my life. After the FIRST visit, I noticed a drastic improvement. Erica got me back on my feet, literally, and I cannot recommend this office enough!!!
I had a bad experience with the billing in this office. After they made several errors in the billing to my insurance, they pulled my credit card information from a copayment, and charged me for the visits, instead of addressing the issues with their billing. I had not left my cc on file with them, nor had I authorized its use. And they didn’t even let me know they were doing this, I simply found out when I saw the charge on my cc statement. In the meantime, I was trying to address the issues with their billing with my insurance. There were several mistakes in the claims they submitted. When I asked my insurance’s agent to call them and speak with them directly about this, Velocity's biller response to my insurance was that they refused to re-submit the claims with the corrections suggested. Once they charged my card, they didn’t care to address the problem anymore. My recommendation, if you use this office, is that you don’t provide them with your cc. Do not use it for your copayments—pay cash instead. Also, demand a clarification of their billing practices upfront, and in particular, for them not to make you responsible of their own ineffective billing. It was a bad experience for me, it was very poorly handled, and I cannot recommend this office.
