My family has been using this parking garage for over a decade whenever we drive out to Chinatown. They are on the pricy side, and always have been. Despite the seemingly negative reviews over the last year or two, this place is always busy. 

The location is super convenient, a block up from the main restaurants. Bayard, Mott and Pell are all within walking range, so even in cold or bad weather, the distance is nothing. 

I've never had any issues with this garage so I can't complain. No scratches on my car, and nothing ever stolen. I can't address how this garage is when it comes to long term parking as I only ever visit every few months for only a few hours a days. 

Your car is covered and protected within the building so there's little for you to worry about.

I've definitely experienced better parking garages and this one could definitely use improvement in terms of customer service. But for your basic needs, if you need to park your car, and you're going to be in the area for over 2 hours, this place is convenient.

The parking was very secure. They park your vehicle in a covered area behind garage doors. The works we're very polite. And I was never worried about my car!

The attendants are great. Convenient place close to the courthouses. Your car is inside away from the weather.
