I was excited to go to Starbucks because I was getting a free drink well I sat for a good 3 or 4 minutes I never heard my name so I got up from my seat and asked how much longer will it be for my drink they said what's your name I told them and they pointed to my drink on the counter that has melted it was supposed to be frozen.and to top that I'm a new customer won't be going there very often

The store features your typical Starbucks fare. What makes this store different than any of the others in the area is the team of baristas. They always make sure my drinks are done right and if there has ever been an issue, which happens at any store, it has been corrected in a timely fashion. Because this store is so close to my home, I'm in there often and the baristas know what I like and how I like it. They are able to answer questions and make recommendations whenever there's a new item introduced. Even if they are understaffed, they get the job done fairly timely and above expectation. I also LOVE mobile ordering for the times when I know the store will be busy... Great people, great store... The only criticism I have is more comfy seating and more electrical outlets are needed.
