I was quoted $250 for my upstairs, carpeted area of about 2000 square feet, including one set of carpeted stairs. When it came time to settle the bill, he charged me $350, with absolutely no reason for the increase! There were no difficult stains or variations from the agreed upon verbal phone conversation. After looking over his work later I found several areas that still needed attention (that I could easily attend to with Resolve, so I know he could have removed these spots, had he tried). Overall, disappointed with the results and his business sense. Will not be using his services in the future.

I called or emailed at least 5 other carpet cleaners with little or no response - 1st call to O'Meara's was answered right away and I was on the schedule just like that. Terry was on time, very friendly, did a great job and charged exactly what he said he would over the phone. No up selling, no pressure, no nonsense. He cleaned our carpets, we paid him - it was exactly what I wanted.

After being stood up by water bear 3 times, as a referral from our landlord. I decided to call the best in Newberg. Terry from O'Meara was fantastic, professional and affordable, even in todays economy. Highly recommend this company.
