Our family would highly recommend the services of the Newberg WaterBear Company. Last December we discovered a leak underneath our kitchen that caused extensive damage. We called our home owner's insurance agent at State Farm and they were slow and not very helpful. Fortunately, we did call WaterBear and they came out that day. They helped us find an inexpensive plummer and worked with our home owner's insurance to help make a very massive repair affordable. Most of all, the people who came to our house were always respectful, kind and efficient. They did exactly what they quoted us and did it in a timely manner. All of our questions and concerns were answered in a timely manner, also. We really relied on the WaterBear team because our Home Owner's insurance was very slow in returning our calls. They helped us through this very difficult situation. I hope we never have another problem like this, but if we did, I would call WaterBear.

I have worked with Water Bear both personally and professionally and have found them to be consistently one of the friendliest companies to work with. They are always prompt and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. It has been my pleasure in working with them! Thank you & keep up the great work!
