First-time visitor. Very friendly and first class service. Out of all my visits to car dealers it was my first time not having someone try to sell me on a front end alignment. They have a really cool machine that cuts all the BS out and let you know whether it's really necessary we're not. Ironically having been told that I need an alignment just a week ago at another dealership O'Neill Quick Check computerized machine said everything was perfect.

I started having service done on my GMC Acadia, almost five years ago, because GM closed my local dealer in Conshohocken. Even though it is a bit out of the way for me, from Plymouth Meeting, I have been completely satisfied with the service and everything associated with it. I take the car and wait while the service department completes whatever work is scheduled or needed. Three years ago, we traded a car and bought a new one the same day. Pleasant experience, but I had to run back home to get a check, since I had no idea the process could be completed so quickly. Now I have both cars serviced as needed and highly recommend O'Neill.

I have dealt with O'Neill Buick for the last five years.  I have leased cars and have them serviced there.  Brought my car in without an appointment due to a damaged tire.   Needed a new tire which they took care of promptly and professionally.  I especially appreciate their communicating with me at each step of the process.  I had forgotten I had tire insurance and my salesman, Ben Shoolin (who is the best) reminded me of it and took care along with Dave in Service of getting my new tire covered in full.   All in all a great experience!

I won my PontiacG6 in 2006.  Since Pontiac has gone out of business, O"Neil some how got the warranty.  Since than, I have been dealing with them for warranty work, Inspections and all other work the car might need.   I have to say, The Service,  Mechanics, and Customer satisfaction is FIVE STAR, they even have the car washed when I pick it up!

Just purchased a new 2017 Sierra from here. Not only was this one of the best car buying experiences my wife and I ever had but our salesman, Steve Svarczkopf, was also very knowledgeable, helpful and did what he said. I emailed him at 11 pm asking if we can add the protection coating on the new car before I picked it up the next day. He replied at 7 am and said he would get it done and it was. No issues, no problems just keeping the commitment he made. Both Steve and Kevin worked with our budget and every angle in order to make this work. Highly recommended.
