Everything was fine.  I couldn't believe the prices and no cost per mile.  The two guys working at the Chapman Ford Hertz in Warminster were really pleasant and helpful.  All in all, a great experience with a great car for the trip.

Excellent service! No high pressure sales, price haggling or upselling. Every question or concerns answered. No rush or constant calls. I feel we got more for our money and WAYYY friendlier service than the large dealers. Oh yes, will recommend to anyone I know that's thinking about buying a car.

They have good used car from rental fleet at reasonable prices.  Rose (manager) was really helpful. But don't expect same treatment as you will get from car dealership from sales person. But overall good experience and bought a car for reasonable prices.

I would rate this less than 1star if possible. This guy literally told us to shop on line and come back to pick up that he car  we choose.  No assistance at all.

Had an awful experience. Left disheartened and disappointed. When I arrived, the car I was interested in already had a deposit on it and nobody had informed me prior to my hour long drive there. The other cars they had to offer were very disappointing. There was false advertising on every vehicle I looked at. The sales person I worked with wasn't awful but one of the other guys sat in the corner and kept rolling his eyes while I was speaking which was very rude. I completely wasted 4 hours of my day. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Don't be fooled by the good prices on the vehicles, you'll just be let down.
