BEWARE IF YOU LOAN TOOLS FROM O'Reilly, BE SURE YOU CAN RETURN IT IN 48 HOURS. THIS COMPANY USE THIS STORE POLICY TRICK CUSTOMER TO SELL USED TOOLS AT REGULAR PRICE. 11/17/2016 I went to O'Reilly bought some auto parts and loan a steer wheel puller. At that time nobody tells me their store policy that was: YOU MUST RETURN TOOLS IN 48 HOURS. Anyways, I did went back to store to return loaned tools since I have already finishing using it on the day after I had loaned their tools, but I forget to bring my credit card with me that used to loan the tools, so I can't return it at the time. Again nobody had told me that YOU MUST RETURN TOOLS IN 48 HOURS. They just told me that I cannot returned it with different credit card that was used in the first time. Finally 11/21/2016 I went back to the store with my credit card which I have used to loaned the tools, but this time I had been told that I cannot return it anymore, because it was over 48 hours of their return period. so, I asked the store assistant: why nobody had told me this store policy when I borrow the tools at first place, My answer for the questions is the following: first, this store policy was printed in the receipt, second; store assistant always mention this policy with costumer whenever they were purchased. O.M.G ! Are you telling me that I'm lying! I have nothing to say. Honestly I did not read the receipt policy when I had paid, so, this is my fault, but O'Reilly's cashier had never tell me their store policy when I paid. Therefore, I feel that I had been trick by O'Reilly. Personally, I believe this is a fraud because I had been loaned tools from AUTOZONE several times, I never had problem with them. AUTOZONE's return period is 90 days, why are they so different? Maybe this 48 Hours return policy is O'Reilly's strategy for selling their used tools in regular price, My advice to you is Never LOAN TOOLS FROM O'Reilly. I will never go to O'Reilly again, because this company has false advertisement to customers.
