My gal and I went shopping here and they were so disrespectful to us. After standing in line for 15 mins or more they would not cash us out, sid we were in an "express line".... Seems they told us that in the other line. They only had to cashiers, the store was packed, they sure had more loss prevention than anything. I was followed by at the least 3. Needless to say it was a horrible experience. I WILL NEVER FORGET THE WAY WE WERE TREATED, WE WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN

We were in the area so we popped into this Ross location for a dress shirt. We did not find what we were looking for so we went across the parking lot to Marshalls. This particular Ross is a very busy store. To say that is well stocked with merchandise is an understatement . There is so much merchandise in the store and the clothing racks are so close together that one single person can hardly walk between them. You have to turn sideways and scoot between the aisles while the clothing rubs against you on both sides. What are they thinking? Move some of this stuff to another store. Marshall's had less merchandise, better displayed, and we found a shirt that we wanted. If this type of overstocked experience is appealing to you than this is your store!
