Lazy employees. I asked for help finding something twice dude wouldn't even come out from behind the counter to help me find it. When I finally found the spot it was empty to I asked if they would have it in the back. "Everything we have is on the shelf." Wouldn't even actually go check. Won't be returning to this place again. I work in customer service and I know customer service 101 is if it's not on the shelf and a customer asks you go in the back and check.

Upon my visit to the store it was definitely a slower evening, store was definitely quite clean and we'll stocked.  I had to purchase the exact same Antifreeze that was also purchased any Ypsilanti so I asked them if they would match the price of 16.99, they actually pulled it up under my preferred Shoppers number and saw that it was 16.99 and I was flat-out told absolutely not and they charged me the $23 + instead of the 16.99.  truthfully their loyalty program or whatever it's called, really doesn't work too great cuz any coupon I've gotten from them has never been able to be used due to a limited date, which is like ridiculously extremely short period of time it is good for.  Guess the customer service absolutely sucked to not be willing nor respected for a not a chance even though it was on their computer screen from Ypsilanti and I only paid 16.99...

I read a lot of negative reviews here but I have always been greeted and ackowledged when I walk in the door and they have always been very helpful. Whenever I ask for where something is, they take me right to it even when I say "I got it "  Good counter service and willing to go the extra mile to find what ya need. Just moved to this area two years ago......My neighborhood parts place.

This place is run my the most incompetent people ive ever met. Consistently giving me the wrong parts. Ive never had any problem with any of the locations except this one. Ive seen more use out of a mesh condom.
