No complaints.  Good bunch of dedicated people working here.  They greet you as you walk in and are willing to help any way they can.  They'll get you out fast, or spend the time going the full mile for you if you've got something complicated.  Definitely good small town service for a big chain store.  Say "Hi" to Bob when you come in.
Although my business is not in the automotive field, it has required me to frequent this establishment almost weekly on average for the last several years, and plan to continue.

Super helpful staff! Allows me to take care of my car's needs while they take care of mine! I'm not the smartest car person in the world so I'm glad to have someone who is not only knowledgeable in the field, but willing to help me figure it out as well!

Great customer service as far as prompt to help you but have had a few issues with getting the right parts the first time there's  about a 85% chance you will not have to return the part you got the first time, sometimes a second time for the right part.
