If you're going to buy snow chain, try AutoZone. These  $100 cheaply made snow chains worked, but not as well as we expected. They helped us to get up the hill to Tahoe. I wish I could return them. They got us to where we needed to go. It's BETTER to just invest in snow tires instead. 
Anyways, the stores are always clean, the employees are always helpful. They do not always give the best advice though. Ask as many question you can think of if you are looking to buy a product you don't know much about. They'll be happy to answer.

Sunday p.m I came in looking for help in locating  nearby  shop--actually I asked: did they have a phone book!?! ..Do not  know  the name of the  guy  who helped me out but  he gets 5 stars + for going                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           way out of his normal job  duties to help ...even to going outside and showing me the exact location...!!!  THANK YOU....My local O'Reilly's (Auburn) has always been helpful so knew I could count on  O'Reilly's..!!;

they never update the online website store, they have had an item "In Stock" at the store for a WEEK and it isn't even there

Best customer service of any Auto Parts store. Easy return policy and price match, so why go anywhere else?

Always good help here friendly people, call or look online for availability to save your self a trip. Had them even help me sometimes with small stuff.
