Excellent first experience here. The staff are younger folks (which is a positive to me) who are professional, polite and knowledgeable with zero attitude. They matched the slightly lower price of a big Sac store. Will buy here again.

I have used their consignment program to sell 2 shotguns and 1 rifle also a private party transfer on a trap door 45/70.  Their charges for consignment transactions are the lowest I have found and service and customer service has been great.  I will be doing another out of state transfer and will be using them to ship the shotgun and handle the paperwork.  CA. paperwork has always been handled quickly with my FSC.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, great selection and competitive prices.  They also will FFL transfer for online purchases and their fees are very reasonable.  Would recommend these guys to anyone.

Did two PPT here. I was the buyer of two handguns from two sellers at the same time. According to penal code I should be charged $25 DROS fee and the store can charge an additional $10 per firearm as long as this is in the same transaction. I spoke to two other FFLs and confirmed this and that I should be charged a maximum of $45 for this transaction. However, at Sierra Gun Exchange they charged me $35 per firearm totaling $75 stating it was separate sales. Both of the transactions occurred at the exact same time and on the same DROS form; when I addressed this to the sales person he dismissed it and said no it's separate. I pressed him stating that it was not and he was very dismissive and rude and did not provide me with any further explanation.

They know exactly what they're doing is wrong since they charged me two separate charges on my card for $35 each instead of one lump charge. Be careful of this shady business.
