most of the staff are decent, Charlie was very helpful, however their store manager has a less than stellar attitude. They also refused to give me cash for my debit transaction.

I use O’Reilly’s a lot for truck parts, cleaning supplies, etc. Don is especially knowledgeable and helpful.

The management had a employee 6 month review instead of helping me with testing an alternator. The employee that waited on me for not know how to do it so he tried to tell the manager that we needed it tested and he could not believe that he did not know how to operate the tester.

I had a terrible experience at this place. There customer is terrible. Also if you see Andre jr working don’t even waste your time trying to talk to this guy he is very rude and doesn’t know what he’s talking about. Just go to auto zone across the street, don’t wate your time here.
